tools around it.

My main work is a content network that reaches more than fourteen million subscribers. Around it I run an academy for creators, software tools for our team, a couple of side bets, and an open-source R&D project — with earlier chapters in blockchain infrastructure, web development, and digital advertising.

Content production network

A content business operating across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram — running our own channel network and producing for media publishers. Largest channel reached 14M+ subscribers in entertainment verticals.

Physical office in Almaty (Vinogradov 20) with a 13-person in-house core team — six video editors, six on-camera actors, and one operations manager. In parallel ran a small visual production studio (motion graphics, brand identity, 3D) for tech and consumer clients between 2021 and 2024.

TubeForge Academy

An online academy teaching the media business and paid advertising for YouTube Shorts creators. Two-month cohort format with four live calls and per-student homework review.

A direct outgrowth of the production network — turning the operating playbook we use internally into something other creators can run themselves. Cohort 1 opens September 2026; applications open now.

An in-house SaaS platform built to run our content network end-to-end. Editorial pipelines, paid-traffic dashboards, finance, people — one system replacing the Notion–Sheets–Telegram stack we'd outgrown.

Whalio

Friendly AI education for people who build. Cohort-based, illustrated, English-first — closer to a Duolingo for AI than a 40-hour video course.

Pre-launch. The landing is live and the waitlist is collecting signal at whalio.co. First cohort opens September 2026, capped to keep cohort review meaningful.

NeuroBridge

A side / R&D project — open-source analysis platform for brain-organoid multi-electrode array recordings. Nine peer-reviewed methods, full citation chain, MIT license. Built solo in fourteen days; shipped 23 April 2026.

Validated on FinalSpark's public fs437 dataset — 2.6M spikes, 32 channels, 118 hours of recording across four organoids. Methods preprint forthcoming on arXiv. I'm a founder reading the peer-reviewed literature directly and shipping what the field needs, with AI-assisted engineering as a force multiplier.
