Why we built it.

A growing content network outgrows spreadsheets fast. By 2023 we had producers, editors, ad buyers, and accountants running parallel pipelines on top of a Notion–Sheets–Telegram stack that was breaking in three places at once. Lucky Team replaced all of it with one system.

Stack.

  • Next.js + TypeScript on the front end.
  • Node + PostgreSQL on the back end.
  • Role-aware modules for editorial, paid acquisition, finance, and ops.
  • Self-hosted on a VPS with Caddy and PM2.
