Overview.

Started in 2020 with a single channel and grew it into a multi-platform content operation. Today the network spans YouTube long-form, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels, with original entertainment formats running across all four.

In parallel from 2021–2024 ran a small visual production studio — motion graphics, brand identity, 3D — for tech and consumer clients.

What we do.

  • Owned channel network. Multiple entertainment-vertical channels, with the largest passing 14M subscribers.
  • Production for publishers. Format development, script-to-edit pipeline, paid acquisition for third-party media.
  • In-house production studio. Physical office in Almaty (Vinogradov 20) — 13-person core team: six video editors, six on-camera actors, one operations manager. Daily production pipeline runs through the office.
  • Internal tooling. An in-house SaaS — Lucky Team — that 250+ producers and operators across the wider network use daily for ops.
  • Operating playbook. The repeatable system we run internally became the curriculum for TubeForge Academy.
